• Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens used to deliver push notifications.

• Provide login, saved stories, personalization, polls, support, and notification features.
• Improve app reliability, speed, security, and user experience.
• Send breaking news, editorial updates, and service notifications when enabled by the user.
• Detect abuse, protect the app, and comply with legal or platform requirements.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We use trusted service providers such as Firebase and AWS to operate authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, and media delivery. These providers process data only as needed to provide the app services.

Data Security

We use encrypted connections, Firebase security rules, private storage configuration, access controls, and monitoring tools to protect user data. No system is perfect, but we design the app to reduce unauthorized access and data misuse.

Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion inside the app from Settings. When deletion is confirmed, the account is marked for deletion and associated user data is removed according to the app deletion workflow. Users may also contact us by email for account deletion help.

Children's Privacy

Aura is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
